The ever-changing world of online means that there is always an existing new opportunity to expand businesses and increase revenues. As an account director, James ensures that our clients are aware of any opportunities available to them and offers a digital strategy to best implement any changes.
After graduating with a degree in History, James started helping out on the support desk at Infotex. It was a really steep learning curve, requiring a working knowledge of everything from website development and online marketing, right down to the nitty gritty IT – infrastructure, managing clients Domains, DNS and emails. James was invited to stay on and build his career at Infotex, and has since significantly developed his working knowledge and sharpened his commercial experience so that now he get to do the stuff he really loves – helping address his client’s needs.
In his 7 years with Infotex he’s held a number of positions: starting with technical support, followed by project management, before settling into his role as an account director. James’ current role has him based in London looking after the senior accounts. He gets enormous pleasure in working with both his existing and new clients, mapping out a digital strategy that fits their commercial and financial goals, and then implementing it.
Outside of work, James is a keen sailor, and can quite often be found frequenting one of the many watering holes of East London.
