The DID Card is a nationally recognised Disabled Identification Card, which removes the need for the card holder to carry paper documentation. Cards are only issued to disabled people in receipt of some form of disability allowance or medical evidence that supports the application.
Infotex created a clean and fresh website, utilising the blue and white of the existing DID Card brand. There are signposts throughout the site to apply for a card, which takes the user to a separate custom system for managing applications.
We also created a set of email templates that the DID Card team uses for new applications and card renewals reminders, creating a consistent brand presence across all key customer touchpoints.
