Customer Support Technician

Matthew works in the support team at Infotex, offering front desk assistance for the majority of our clients. The role has a variety of responsibilities, whether that may be making updates to a website, domain or email, or investigating and fixing any issues which our customers might report.

Having previously completed two stints of work experience at the company, Matthew started at Infotex as an apprentice in October 2017. On completion of the apprenticeship in February 2019 Matthew stayed on permanently with Infotex taking on his current role, and says he has never looked back!

“It was a move which suited me perfectly in terms of the work location but more importantly the great people connected to the business whether it may be my colleagues or our clients. The role brings a great range of different tasks which has allowed me to learn lots since I’ve been here, so much so that even today I still find myself learning something new week by week.”

Matthew is a huge sports fan, or, more importantly, a football fan, and a proud supporter of Cambridge United. He also has a miniature dachshund called Pickle.
