Matthew Adlem, Infotex Team Member

Matthew helps manage client accounts and projects at Infotex after transitioning from our Support team. He joined as an apprentice in October 2017, although his Infotex career dates back further having had two spells of work experience.

Upon completion of his apprenticeship at the beginning of 2019 Matthew agreed to stay on permanently working in our Support team to provide front desk assistance for the majority of our clients.

“Starting at Infotex in an apprenticeship role not only gave me some great exposure to working in the technology sector, but it has also allowed me to gain an understanding of the various facets of the business. The support team are here to help with all types of website, domain and email requests, which has helped put me in a great position to manage individual client accounts.”

Away from the screen Matthew is a huge sports fan, specifically a football fan being a proud supporter of Cambridge United.
