Jo has played an essential role as accounts administrator for the company for just over 20 years - in fact, the day she started was the day that Matt, our Customer Support Technician, was born!
Jo’s role at Infotex mainly involves managing the service annual renewals and billing accordingly. She also manages the renewal of our domains with the various providers, and controls the many direct debits we have in place, as well as supporting Cameron and Matt with any other billing or administrative queries.
